Seasoning Bistro Demolition and Roofing

Smith Hafeli led the demolition and re-roofing of a 6,000+ square foot structure to support the redevelopment of Seasoning Bistro, a new state-of-the-art restaurant in downtown Benton. The project involved the full gutting of a 100+ year-old building that had fallen into disrepair, requiring careful coordination and structural sensitivity due to its age. A complete roof replacement was executed to stabilize and prepare the structure for new construction, helping pave the way for a modern culinary space while preserving the integrity of a historic downtown footprint.
