Construct Building 7

Smith Hafeli delivered over 11,000 square feet of new office support space for the Marion VA Medical Center with the ground-up construction of Building 7. The project included full sitework, concrete foundations, slab-on-grade, and a structural steel frame. High-end finishes featured level-5 drywall throughout the interior and copper coping and awnings on the exterior. The scope also included new asphalt parking areas and sidewalks that seamlessly connect to the existing campus walking path.
