Renovate Infrastructure of Laundry Building 1153

Smith Hafeli partnered with Poettker Construction and TRINE Environmental to help lead a comprehensive infrastructure renovation of Laundry Building 153 at the Dwight D. Eisenhower VA Medical Center. The scope included general construction, selective demolition, and full interior fit-out, along with structural, civil, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical upgrades. All work was completed in accordance with detailed construction documents to modernize facility operations and improve overall system performance.
