Correct Deficiencies & Renovate Various Areas of Buildings 1, 51, & 52

This comprehensive renovation project involved correcting deficiencies and upgrading multiple systems across Buildings 1, 51, and 52. Smith Hafeli participated in the management of all demolition, general construction, and alterations—coordinating architectural, structural, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and telecommunications improvements in partnership with Poettker Construction and TRINE Environmental. Working within existing structures, the team delivered fully modernized systems in accordance with the project’s Basis of Design and construction documents.
