Smith Hafeli completed a two-phase, 5,000+ square foot renovation within an active hospital environment, requiring strict infection control measures. The project included the use of HEPA-filtered air scrubbers and controlled removal procedures to safely transport demolition debris through operational areas. Extensive ductwork replacement was completed throughout the project zone, with all systems successfully repaired and brought up to standard without disruption to hospital operations.
