Renovate Buildling 15 (Engineering Facilities)

Smith Hafeli completed a full renovation of an 80+ year-old structure to serve as the new Engineering Department at the Marion VA Medical Center. The project included asbestos abatement, selective demolition, replacement of floor slabs, new interior partitions and finishes, a full roof replacement, and updated exterior EIFS systems. To maintain operations during construction, a temporary office facility was installed and connected to utilities, allowing the Engineering staff to continue work without interruption.
