Construct Warehouse

In response to increased space demands during the COVID-19 pandemic, Smith Hafeli constructed a new Pharmacy Warehouse on the Marion VA Medical Center campus. The project featured the erection of a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB), supported by full sitework, concrete footings, and foundations. The structure was fully insulated with spray-foam throughout the interior and integrated with an adjacent building to support secure personnel access. Storm sewer systems were extended and connected into the existing campus infrastructure to ensure proper site drainage.
