Little Nashville Cafe

Smith Hafeli completed an 11,000 square foot, three-story renovation of a historic downtown Marion building to create the Little Nashville Café—a unique dining and live music venue. The project included structural reinforcements, full interior demolition, new finishes throughout, and the installation of a commercial kitchen. The centerpiece of the renovation is a stage and performance area featuring state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, designed to support both local and touring artists. The project preserves the charm of the original structure while delivering a modern, multi-use entertainment and dining space.
