Marion City Hall

Smith Hafeli completed a full renovation of a 100+ year-old, 6,000+ square foot structure to serve as the new Marion City Hall. The project included asbestos abatement, demolition, site work, new utility feeds, and significant structural work to seamlessly integrate two adjacent buildings. An elevator was added to improve accessibility, and great care was taken to preserve and restore original woodwork throughout the space. The renovation also featured new wall construction, updated interior finishes, and complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system installations—blending historic character with modern function.
