Marion Housing Authority Renovation

Smith Hafeli completed a full renovation of a 5-story public housing high-rise under a HUD-funded initiative to improve resident living conditions. The scope included new interior finishes, custom casework, updated plumbing systems, and energy-efficient lighting throughout the building. All work was performed in coordination with the local housing authority and in compliance with HUD standards, with careful planning to minimize disruption to residents in the occupied facility.
